The Hillsboro / Orenco Citizens Participation Organization (CPO 9) provides an opportunity for citizen involvement in local land use and livability issues. It is supported by Washington County and coordinated by the OSU Extension Service. CPO 9 publishes a monthly newsletter and holds regular meetings every other month on the second Monday of every odd numbered month (September, November, January, March, May, and July).
The Friends of CPO 9 web site is not an official county or OSU Extension Service web site. The CPO 9 Steering Committee members are responsible for the content.
