Thank you for a good meeting last night and for updating the CPO 9 page so promptly. 

Will the steering committee members be presenting the motion to City Council at their next regular meeting on the 17th? Also, will a copy of the motion and the time and date of the meeting be sent to the meeting attendees in advance?
